The Confident Responder

Bleeding control classes will be offered to the public through the Confident Responder Program. A seriously injured person can bleed to death within 3 minutes from the time they are injured. It takes time to get emergency help - find your phone, call 911, get the responders to their vehicles, travel the distance, get out and get equipment... frequently longer than 3 minutes. Learn to help yourself and those around you when bad things happen.
