The EPR District collaborated with the Town of Elizabeth and the Elizabeth School District on a master planning effort for parks, recreation, open space , and trails (PROST) within the community. The project was substantially funded through a grant from GOCO, and the master plan process included extensive outreach to residents to learn their needs and desires for community parks, recreation amenities, open space, and trails.
