Seasonal Park Technicians
We are now hiring summer seasonal Park Technicians to assist with park maintenance operations including mowing, weed trimming, landscaping, preparing athletic fields, and light trades work. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be willing to work varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Contact the Park Office at 303.646.3599 for more information or to apply.
We are in need of an experienced maintenance supervisor to join our team as the District's Parks Supervisor. The Parks Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance staff in the planning and completion of a large variety of tasks including irrigation repair, turf maintenance, park maintenance, repair projects, and field preparation. This is a full-time position that requires prior supervisory and maintenance experience. This position is eligible for earned time off, retirement benefits, and healthcare benefits. The Sports Official is responsible for officiating youth and / or adult sports programs. Sports Officials are the front-line staff in working directly with coaches and program participants in delivering high quality customer service through the District’s sports programs. Sports Officials receive guidance and supervision from the Programs and Special Events Coordinator or designated Site Supervisor and at times the District Executive Director. The position is expected to work Saturdays during the youth sports seasons, and additionally during the evening times during the baseball and softball seasons.
To become a Sports Official with The Elizabeth Park & Recreation District you must complete Sports Official Training. Please contact Park Office for information about the next Training Session.
