With Passage of 5A, District Begins Preparing for Park Improvements

The Board of Directors and staff at EPR want to thank the Elizabeth Community for your support of continued funding for the District. As a result of this continued funding, the Board is now hard at work planning a variety of park improvements for 2018 and beyond, including a splashpad!The Board has also elected to pay off the District’s debt this December, a year earlier than scheduled, and will save over $4000 in interest payments.  Thanks again to all the voters who believed that parks and recreation programming are important factors impacting the quality of life in the Elizabeth Community.  As the stewards of your parks and recreation programs, we look greatly forward to being fiscally responsible with your tax dollars and responsive to your expressed needs and desires!

Helping our Feathered Friends

.Cole Morse, a local scout, recently installed a bunch of bird houses along the trail in Evans Park as a service project, and we wanted to be sure to give him a big shout out while encouraging everyone to take a look the next time they are at the park.  The bird houses were installed along the trail by the pond.  THANKS COLE!!!

Adult Outdoor Grass Volleyball League!!! Ages 18+

Adult Cancelation and Registration Practices:

Adult program fees due in full at time of registration.

Adult league registration fees due in full by registration end date. Down payment of $100 due at time of registration if registering through the office.

Online Registration full payment due at time of registration.

Cancelations/Refunds:
District Cancelation of program or event;
Notification given prior to start date / time, and full refund of all registration fees paid.

Individual request for refund;
Full refund given up until registration close date less 5% processing fee.
After registration close date, cancelation fee is $15.


After first week of play, no refunds will be given. Refunds may be provided as account credit based upon customer preference.

Account Credit is non-refundable after processing.

Format: Grass CO-ED 4V4 (6 per team max)


Location: Evans West Soccer Field


When: Thursdays, beginning July 20th!


Cost: $200 per team


Season will be 6 weeks of league play, plus a tournament on August 26th!
